Programs

Three disciplines. One plan.

Most members train in more than one. Your coach decides the mix from your assessment and changes it as you progress.

A yoga teacher adjusts a man's hips in triangle pose, using a block for support.

Personalised yoga

Yoga at THT is chosen for your joints, not copied from a sequence. Poses are modified with blocks, straps and the wall when a hip, knee or shoulder needs it.

Sessions work on mobility, balance and breath. For many members yoga is the counterweight to strength work: range where strength builds capacity.

Useful for

  • Stiff hips and upper back from desk work
  • Balance and steadiness
  • Recovery weeks
  • Breath and stress

A woman performs a kettlebell deadlift while a coach cues her form.

Strength training

Free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight, loaded from the baseline we test in your assessment. Each session has written targets, and loads go up only when your form and numbers say so.

Strength is the base of most plans because it protects joints, bones and posture at every age.

Useful for

  • Getting stronger with good form
  • Bone and joint health
  • Body composition
  • Confidence lifting

A small Zumba group mid-step and laughing in a warm studio.

Zumba

Dance-based cardio led by an instructor. Low-impact options are shown for every step, so knees and pelvic floors are looked after.

Zumba is often the session that keeps people consistent. We treat that as a feature of the plan, not a bonus.

Useful for

  • Heart and lungs
  • Consistency and mood
  • Coordination
  • Training with friends
